Bucky is designed to help users explore, design, and plan housing projects. You agree not to:
- Use Bucky for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to copy, modify, reverse engineer, or resell our services without permission.
- Upload harmful, misleading, or infringing content.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
5. Content and Intellectual Property
All content, software, and materials on Bucky are owned by Bucky AI Inc. or our partners.
You may use our services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You retain ownership of content you upload but grant Bucky a non-exclusive license to use it to provide services.
6. No Professional Advice
Bucky provides information and tools to support your housing project planning. We are not architects, engineers, lawyers, or financial advisors. Any decisions you make using Bucky are your responsibility. Additional professional advisory by Bucky will fall under its own unique terms.
7. Third-Party Services
Bucky may include links or integrations with third-party providers (e.g., builders, lenders, or government programs). We are not responsible for the products, services, or practices of these third parties.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Bucky is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- Bucky AI Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Bucky after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
11. Catalogue Designs & Attribution
Bucky displays publicly available housing designs from federal, provincial, and municipal housing design catalogues across Canada, including the CMHC Housing Design Catalogue. Bucky is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with any catalogue publisher, government body, or architecture firm unless explicitly stated.
Design attribution is provided where publicly available. All catalogue designs remain the intellectual property of their respective creators and issuing organizations. Bucky does not build, design, or modify these designs.
